PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENTS
Vortex GEC conducts Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESAs) in compliance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) 1527-13 guidelines.
The Phase I ESA process is finalized in a high quality comprehensive report. The report is generally finalized within two weeks of project onset. A Phase I ESA is an investigative process conducted to identify potential or existing conditions associated with a site.
